In October 2010 the DCCP awarded $3,500 in grants to
Chandler Care Center - Back to Basics Family Assistance Day
Chandler Cultural Foundation - Zoppe Italian Family Circus Children's Camp

In May 2010 the Downtown Chandler Community Foundation awarded $7,000 in grants to non-profit organizations meeting critical community needs in the Historic Downtown Chandler area.  The next granting cycle will be in the Fall.  The 2010 recipients to date are

ICAN – Out of School Time Prevention Program

Salvation Army – Support of After School Programs in Downtown Chandler

Boys and Girls Club of the East Valley, Chandler Compadre Branch – Guardian for Kids Program, Scholarships for Youth and Teens in Low-Income Chandler Families

Chandler Care Center – Support of Dental Treatment Supplies for Uninsured Chandler Children

Chandler Christian Community Center – Support of Chandler Food Bank

Chandler Cultural Foundation – Scholarship Support for Chandler Young Actors Group Summer Camp

Xico Inc. – Children’s Art Program in Historic Downtown Chandler

Community School of the Arts – Summer Art Program

AZ Give Camp – Custom Software for Non-Profit Organizations

Gang Plank – Historic Downtown Chandler Photography Exhibit

 

 

  

Downtown Chandler Community Foundation (DCCF) The Downtown Chandler Community Foundation (DCCF) is a 501( c)3 not-for-profit charitable foundation responsible for the fundraising activities of the DCCP. It provides a conduit for grants and sponsorships from public agencies, corporations, foundations and other sources for dissemination to the District and community organizations. Jeanne Forbis heads the Foundation Committee.
